About Domestic Sediment Filters

Yarn Wound Sediment Filters
These filters are made from 100% pure polypropylene yarn, carefully wound in a specific pattern to create fine filtration layers. This pattern helps ensure required nominal micron rating. The wound filters technically called as depth filters because the dust particles are trapped during filtration deep into the media depth thus increasing dust holding capacity of
the filter.
Pre-Filters
Installed outside the purifier to protect the purifier from high turbidity and pressure fluctuations. These filters are easily accessible and replaceable.
Inline Filters

8” cartridge assembled inside the 9” housing which has input/output at same side. The assembly of inline filters uses spin welding technology to ensure leak proof.
Compatible Sediment Filter
A 225mm-long sediment filter cartridge in 8” housing, fitted with QFC connectors for easy setup. This cartridge is suitable for most of the purifiers in market since it is very small in size and more effective in filtration.
PE Thermobond Sediment Filters
Instead of yarn, these filters are made from a hot-rolled polyester cloth specially designed for hot fusion, precisely cut into required sizes. These filters are very flexible in manufacturing and provide higher turbidity reduction.
